Guidelines
The Journal of Multidisciplinary Scientific Knowledge (JMSK) is a journal that publishes original, well-written articles that promote scientific progress and multidisciplinary research. To enable a smooth review and publication process, writers need to follow the following rules rigorously:
- Types of Manuscripts Accepted
JMSK receives the following kinds of submissions:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Short Communications
- Case Studies
Any submission must show originality and must demonstrate articulate academic or practical value.
- Manuscript Submission
- Manuscripts have to be original and they should not be under consideration of publication in another place.
- Entries must all be done via the online submission system of the journal or using the official journal email as indicated on the web.
- All the co-authors mentioned by the authors must have looked through the manuscript and given their approval before submitting it.
- Manuscript Preparation
- Preparation of manuscripts is to be done in MS word format.
- Times New Roman font in 12 point with 1.5 line spacing.
- The pages have to be consecutively numbered.
Every manuscript must contain the following aspects:
- Title of the manuscript
- Name(s) and affiliation(s) Author name(s) and affiliation(s)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–6)
- Main text
- References
- References
- All the references must be relevant, accurate and cited.
- Any standard citation form may be adopted by authors i.e. APA, Vancouver, or IEEE, as long as it is applied throughout the manuscript.
- One should not cite himself too much.
- Ethical Considerations
- Research and publication needs to be conducted ethically by authors.
- The conflicts of interest should be made clear during submission.
- In any form, plagiarism is highly disallowed and it can lead to rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.
- Peer Review Process
- Every submission is first subject to an initial editorial review as to its suitability and completeness.
- Papers that pass through the journal requirements are subjected to a double-blind peer-review.
- Reviewers make comments and recommendations that are taken into account to make final editorial decisions.
- Copyright and Open Access
- JMSK has an open-access publishing model.
- The copyright of the work is retained by the authors but the editorial is given the right to publish the article by the journal.
- Revision and Acceptance
- The writers can be asked to make amendments to their manuscripts following the assessment of the reviews and editors.
- The editorial team will have the right to revise and accept it satisfactorily.
